A small Bay Area family-support service
Your child's year, already handled.
School dates, activity details, forms, registrations, and follow-through take real time. CoBaryo takes on an agreed part of that work and carries it through, so you're not the one checking.
We're starting with a limited number of Bay Area families.

A reminder is where the work starts.
Knowing that camp registration opens on Monday is the easy part.
Someone still has to find the options, compare them against a real schedule and a real budget, decide, register before the session fills, order what the packing list requires, confirm the spot, and check that the payment went through.
None of that shows up on a list. It usually lands on one person.
What one reminder actually takes
Find the options that are actually open
Compare them against your schedule and budget
Decide with the tradeoffs laid out
Register before the session fills
Prepare whatever the packing list calls for
Confirm the spot is really held
Follow up until the payment clears
That's one activity, for one child. This is the part we take on.
We start with one part of the load.
CoBaryo's first service is coordinating your child's year: school, activities, camps, and the breaks in between. We gather the important dates and requirements, clarify what needs a decision, and complete the agreed follow-through. The exact scope is set together at the beginning, so you know what we own and what still needs you.

Dates and requirements
We collect the dates, deadlines, and requirements for your child's year in one place, and tell you what's coming before it turns urgent.
Forms and registrations
We complete the forms we can, prepare the ones that need your signature, and make sure everything is filed on time.
Supplies and preparation
We read the list, compare options, and build a ready-to-go cart. You place the order with your own account, and we confirm it arrives in time.
Follow-through
We confirm what was submitted, booked, or delivered, then tell you plainly that it's done.
Activities, camps, and school breaks
Sports and enrichment re-register every season. Camps fill in January. School breaks are the weeks that catch working parents out. We track what's opening and when, bring you real options, and get the registration done before the spots go.
What's happening near you
We keep track of the clubs, leagues, classes, library programs, and community events in your area, including the free ones. When something fits your child and your schedule, we tell you, and we handle the sign-up.
What still needs you. Purchases are made with your accounts and your card. We never hold your payment details and we never buy on your behalf. Signatures, medical documents, consent forms, and any decision with a real cost stay with you too. We get everything ready up to that point, tell you exactly what we need, and stay on it until it's finished.
Summer, whether or not you're paying for camp
Camp isn't in every family's budget, and eleven weeks is eleven weeks either way.
If you want camps, we research them, compare them against your schedule and your budget, and get the registration done before the good ones fill.
If you'd rather not spend it, we build the summer out of what's already around you. Library programs, park district activities, free community events, drop-in clinics, day trips worth the drive. Mapped week by week, with the dates you need to sign up by.
Either way, you're not the one doing the looking.
How it works
We learn what keeps coming back
We start with a conversation about what keeps returning to your list, and what a normal week actually looks like.
We agree on what we own
We write down what we'll handle, what needs a decision from you, and what stays yours. Nothing gets assumed.
We do it, then tell you it's done
We do the work, then tell you what's finished, what's still open, and when we'll check back.
A reminder returns the task to you.
| A reminder | Ownership |
|---|---|
| “Camp registration opens Monday.” | “Registration is confirmed for Session 2. The confirmation and dates are in your summary.” |
| “The supply list is posted.” | “Your cart is ready. Everything on the list, one click. We'll confirm delivery once it ships.” |
| “The form is due Friday.” | “The form is submitted. We're waiting on the school to confirm receipt and will follow up Thursday.” |
We don't stop at the reminder. We keep it until it's finished.
We've been each other's village since the fourth grade.
Krystel
I'm a mom of a busy little boy, balancing family life and work. Even with a flexible schedule, my days filled up with planning meals, running the household, and keeping track of the appointments, school events, and birthdays that keep everything moving.
My husband wants to help and he does. But I was the one holding all the details, so passing something off meant explaining it first. Sometimes that was more work than just doing it.
The part nobody warns you about is what gets dropped to make room. For me it was the workout, the quiet hour to think, the idea I kept meaning to start. I was always taking care of everything else.
What I needed wasn't another app or another checklist. I needed someone who could see what was coming and take it on, the way a good friend does.
When I started talking to other parents, it was clear I wasn't the only one. A lot of us are carrying this quietly, doing well at work, showing up for our kids, and running out of room for anything of our own.
Adriana
Adriana is my best friend and co-founder. She lives in South San Francisco, and she was part of the village that made those years lighter.
She wasn't in the middle of it, which is exactly why she could see it so clearly. Watching me and other parents around her, she saw how much lands on one person while everyone assumes it's simply getting done.
At CoBaryo she owns the part that has to be right before anyone can rely on us: the dates, the requirements, and the research behind every deadline.
Why we're building this
CoBaryo came from the village already around me. Adriana, friends, and family who stepped in with encouragement and practical help. Those moments made life lighter, and they reminded me that support doesn't have to be complicated. It has to be consistent, and it has to actually follow through.
Co is for community. Baryo in Filipino and barrio in Spanish both mean a village. In our families it never meant only a place on a map. It meant the people who show up, check in, and help carry what you're carrying.
We both spent our careers in tech, here in the Bay Area. That's part of why we didn't build an app. Parents don't need another reminder that something is due. They need someone to take responsibility for the work behind it.
We're starting with one thing, a child's year, for a limited number of Bay Area families. One thing, done completely, for a small number of people. That's how we know it's actually handled.
Krystel and Adriana

Two people, not a platform
We're the ones doing the work. No queue, no chatbot, no handoff to a stranger.
We finish things
We don't stop at a reminder. We confirm what was submitted, booked, delivered, or sorted out.
A small start, on purpose
We're working with a handful of families while we shape this around how households actually run.
What it costs
One flat rate for your child's whole year. Not billed by the hour, so there's nothing to weigh up before you ask us for something.
- $129 a month
- your first child
- Or $1,290 for the year, paid up front. That's two months back. Month to month otherwise. Cancel any time, no notice period.
- $49 a month
- each additional child at the same school
- $89 a month
- a child at a different school
- $99 once
- to map your child's year before we start
The fee covers our work, nothing else. Supplies, registration fees, camp tuition: all paid with your own account and your own card, at cost. We never mark anything up. We never take a referral fee or commission from a camp, program, or vendor. If we recommend something, it's because it fits your child and your schedule.
A second child at the same school is $49, because most of the work behind their year is the same: the calendar, the deadlines, what's opening locally and when. A child at a different school is $89, because that school's year has to be researched on its own.
What you're actually paying for
The registration you would have made time for on a Tuesday night. The form you would have chased. The camp you would have looked into in March, when the good ones filled in January.
Not a reminder that it needs doing. The thing itself, done, and told to you afterwards.
